Making Photography your Business

Presented by Emma Drabble

Subject: Business Technique Beginner
Day: Thursday 11th Jan 2018
Time: 10.00 to 12.00 - Masterclass
Main Speaker Emma Drabble in room : Hilton Meeting Rooms A Orange Feet

Emma will give top tips and helpful advice on how to sell your work. Using some of her early work in the talk, she will work her way through her documentary years and newspapers to changing to become an established commercial and commissioned photographer.

Emma's passion for photography has always been the driver, but her belief is that every image has to communicate to sell. She will demonstrate with some examples of her work, and a frank discussion on some client/ photographer experiences, why we ultimately have to deliver more than what words can say.

Emma has used mirrorless system camera as pro kit for the past four years. She will show you how content matters as much as the camera in your hand. An inspiring talk with years of commercial experience and top tips that will keep your note book in your hand all the way through.

Convention testimonials I just wanted to say thank you for once again hosting an excellent Convention. I felt it was very well organised, well executed and gave everyone many, many opportunities. We certainly had the best one yet and now look forward to a new venue and pastures new. Please pass on my thanks to all involved. Derek Poulston One Vision Imaging Ltd.
