PARTNER:

We have restructured the packages to give 2 levels at the convention with 2 sizes for each level.
With a partner package you will be given prime position within the convention. The opportunity to place a Company banner within the show, to the managements discretion, to be placed on the top level of the exhibitors list on our website which has over 2 million page views a month and first entries in the show guide this also gives you an entry of 250 words free in the directory, one 13 amp electrical socket, one table with cloth and 2 chairs,
There are two sizes 6 by 2 metre and 3 by 2 metre
Rate: £2500 plus vat for 6 by 2 metre
£1850 plus vat for 3 by 2 metre

STANDARD:

Previous years named a Gold and Bronze package we have restructured the package to give 2 levels at the convention with 2 sizes for each level.
This level is either a 6 by 2 metre space or 3 by 2 metre space; entry of 100 words in the show guide entry on to the convention pages of our website with a link to your website, our website is hit with over 2 million page views per month. One 13 amp electrical socket, one table with cloth and 2 chairs are included in the price.
Rate: £1275 plus vat for 6 by 2 metre
£725 plus vat for 3 by 2 metre

CORPORATE LEVEL:

Give your company access to tremendous exposure throughout the year in our in house magazine Professional Imagemaker with a half page advert in each copy, also in our show guide and Members handbook, this of course can be up graded to a full page advert at an additional cost. Imagemaker has a distribution of 7000 on each issue sent to all members and any inquiries of membership. This package gives you a banner on our website which can be changed 4 times within the sponsorship year, our website has 2 million page views a month and unique visits 250,000. Finally you also get a 6 by 2 metre stand at our annual convention, which in 2008 had 8500 delegates this stand will be of the top level. Other benefits would be your logo on our stationery and any leaflets we have printed to publicise the SWPP & BPPA.

Rate £10000 plus vat per annum

Space only stands also benefit from carpet and stand cleaning service during the show. Our operations team will also be able to provide an approved list of contractors and will be happy to deal with any queries you may have on setting up.

All stands are free space but we can arrange Velcro receiving backboards at a cost of £50 plus vat per panel each panel is 1 metre wide.

SWPP & BPPA Exhibitor Contract Terms and Conditions

The organiser reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to change the name of the exhibition, to more accurately reflect the exhibitor mix. The organiser further reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, should the dates become unsuitable for whatever reason, to reschedule the dates to a time more advantageous to the success of the exhibition as a whole and the exhibitor agrees to be bound by such dates, provided the exhibition is held not later than 3 months after the original published dates, upon which this contract was based.

Should the organiser consider it necessary, it may reduce or increase the stand area allocated to each exhibitor by not more than 10% and exhibitors agree to accept such varied stand size, provided they receive written notification not later than 3 months prior to the exhibition.

The organisers will try their utmost to allocate the stand that the exhibitor has requested but on the occasion this is not possible the organiser reserves the right to move the exhibitors.

The organiser reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, should the venue become unusable for whatever reason, to relocate to a new venue in the best interests of the exhibition as a whole and subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Whilst every effort will be made to meet the requirements of exhibitors taking part in the exhibition, the organisers reserve the right to make any alterations which they may consider necessary or to alter the positions of any of the facilities within the show, or to take any other steps considered necessary in connection with the show, in which event the exhibitor shall have no claim whatever nature and kind arising from whatever cause against the organiser.

If the organiser cancels the exhibition, or cancels this contract for reasons other than breach by the exhibitor, it shall refund to the exhibitor all amounts paid by the exhibitor in terms of the contract.

In the event of the organiser agreeing to any request for release from the contract, the exhibitor shall be liable for all or part of the total costs

Cancellation 271 days or more before exhibition: 15% of cost
Cancellation 270-181 days before exhibition: 40% of cost
Cancellation 180 – 121 days before exhibition: 60% of cost
Cancellation 120 – 60 days before exhibition: 80% of cost
Cancellation 60 days or less before exhibition: full cost
25% Deposit required with booking
All bookings need to be paid in full by November 1st 2008

If an exhibitor has not paid the amounts due within the specified periods, the organisers retain the right to refuse him/her stand space or to withdraw a previous allocation of stand space without prejudice to the organisers’ right to claim full payment of these amounts
Liability - The Exhibitor is entirely responsible for the space leased by him/her and shall not injure, mar or deface the premises and the Exhibitor shall not drive, nor permit to be driven any nails, hooks, tacks or screws. The Exhibitor agrees to reimburse the facility for any loss or damage to the premises or equipment occurring in the space leased to the Exhibitor.

Aisles - The aisles, passageways and overhead spaces remain strictly under the control of the organisers, and no signs, decorations, banners, advertising matter, excessive noise level, or special exhibits will be permitted in those areas except by special written permission of the organisers. All exhibitors and their personnel must remain within the confines of their own spaces and no Exhibitor will be permitted to erect signs or display products in such a manner as to affect the display of other Exhibitors. No interference with the space of another Exhibitor will be permitted

Space - The space contracted for is to be used solely for the Exhibitor whose name appears on the Contract and it is agreed that the Exhibitor will not sublet or assign any portion of same without the written consent of the Show organisers.

All Demonstrations - As promotional activities must be within the limits of the purchased space.

Restrictions - The Show Organisers reserves the right to restrict or remove exhibits, without refund that may have been falsely entered or may be deemed by the Show Organisers unsuitable or objectionable. This restriction applies to noise, PA systems, persons, lights, loud music, conduct, printed matter, or anything of a character that might be objectionable to the Show or to the Show Organisers

In the event that the Exhibitor fails to occupy or use his space or to have his exhibit completed and in place by the opening of the show, they shall forfeit their right to the space, all prepaid rents, and upon demand pay any rental balance owing to the SWPP & BPPA

Security - We wish to provide the tightest security possible for the protection of your exhibit properties. However, neither the SWPP & BPPA, nor our insurance company is financially liable or responsible for the losses or “mysterious disappearances” of any kind. The facility will be locked when the event is over on Friday, Saturday and Saturday nights and appropriate security measures will be taken
