2012 Convention:

The Trained Eye is a national centre for social photography training. We train several hundred students each year in key aspects of wedding, portrait and fashion photography. The courses are commercially geared, they teach people both the techniques required, as well as the business theory that's needed for them to run their own freelance photography business.

Whether you're an amateur starting out in the field, or an experienced photographer, we can help you advance in many ways from understanding light and improving your shooting skills to developing a strong portfolio, or learning all the secrets of the digital darkroom.

So come along and meet out tutors at this year's Convention.
