In 2003 Novotel London West won the National Customer Service Award for their Service ExtraordinaireŽ Training Program. The award, which was open to service providers from all industries, recognised the hotel’s exceptional service standards.

Shuttle Bus to Liverpool Station, journey time 30 minutes. Then from Liverpool Station take take Hammersmith and City Line to Hammersmith Station, journey time 30 minutes.

By Underground:
Bus 69 Canning Town Station then take Docklands Light Railway from Canning Tow Station to Tower Gate Station. Then take District Line from Tower Hill Station to Hammersmith Station. Journey time about 1 hour.

Bus 69 Canning Town Station then take Jubilee Line from Canning Town Station to Westminster Station, then take District Line to Hammersmith Station. Journey time about 1 hour.
