Martin Martin Grahame Dunn

Past MPA National President & Chairman of Qualifications. Over a career spanning nearly 30 years, he has collected a string of other professional photographic qualifications & awards, having been involved at the highest levels in both the training of Professionals and the setting of standards in Europe and the rest of the World. Previous involvement with the Kodak Gold Circle & Fuji Professional School of photography led to many years of lecturing to the profession worldwide. Now in semi-retirement in southern Spain, he is concentrating on the formulation of effective training courses for the aspiring professional.

“It disturbs me that so many of today’s professional photographers conveniently forget their origins and take a high-handed stance when faced with the realities of a changing industry. One cannot fail to applaud the SWPP for their dedication to the education and training of so many people wanting to enter the industry in some measure. To this end I have chosen to dedicate our ‘professional’ training courses exclusively to their membership who thirst for knowledge and improvement.”

Photo Quote: The mere formulation of a problem is far more essential than its solution, which may bemerely a matter of mathematical or experimental skills. To raise new questions, new possibilities, to regard old problems from a new angle requires creative imagination and marks real advances in science. - Albert Einstein
