The Studio By Jaymz is a family owned studio run by James and Carly, based in Darlington, Co Durham and works for clients right across the country. For over 20 years, James has explored many areas of photography, from originally developing and printing his own work at home as a 15 year old, through to the present day where the very latest digital technology offers us almost unlimited creative opportunities to produce, for you, wonderful images that captures the emotion and fun of our time working with you. Carly is a trained artist and joined the company over 3 years ago. She is a wiz with Photoshop bringing all her artistic talents to bear in the digital world. She also often works a second photographer at Weddings and as our stylist for Portfolio and Boudoir shoots. From our new studio, at 5 Duke Street, Darlington, whether is Portraits, Weddings, Portfolios or Boudoir our philosophy is pretty simple... before any photographs are shot, we take plenty of time to understand what our clients want, and always make sure that they are delighted with the final results. The whole emphasis is on quality, not quantity – simple as that. Our Galleries are updated regularly with new photographs and the ‘Studio Blog’ provides details of both recent and forthcoming activities.
