I have had a photo placed 4th in a competition and published in a well known photography magazine. I am planning to get involved more in portraits and weddings. My Photography style is both traditional and contemporary My strengths are being able to get on well with people, and to provide a respectful and professional service. I have been in photography: I have been involved in photography for approx. 5 years, and started to cover weddings within the last 2 years. How I got started in photography: Being inspired by beautiful and interesting images, and also by a friend of mine who is a professional. My photographic skills: My key skills are having Patience, and resolve. I also My personality: I consider myself to have a Professional approach to my work, and I like to gets things done right the first time, and on time. I am pleasant and good natured and can get on well with anyone. Geographic areas I cover: I am based in Gateshead, and can cover areas from Newcastle upon Tyne to Durham Venues I frequently attend: Interesting things can be found at all venues. These days all kinds of buildings can be used. I like all kinds of venues. I found inspiration from: My friend and colleague, I like to see images from a range of photographers. Success in photography: I have obtained several certificates for digital and portrait photography, and I have had a favourite image of mine placed 4th in a major competition. Photographic training: Attending seminars and reading books on the subject are my main source of education. I also learn from other people. My interests outside photography: My family and in particular my handicapped Grandson. Other interests include Oil painting, attending Air shows, and keeping pond fish.
