Captivating and Contemporary Big Captivating & Contemporary Big Fish offers something that little bit special. A unique, personalised photographic experience that really captures you. My greatest strengths: My approach is relaxed informal and unobtrusive resulting in natural, spontaneous images that captures your spirit, personality & lifestyle. I love working with people and a great strength of my approach is making you feel truly comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. I have been in photography: I have been working within the photographic industry for over 8 years, working in the commercial photographic sector and the portrait sector. With over 4 years art directing experience as head photographer at the UK’s leading portrait studios, I know exactly how to deliver the professional service & individual experience that every clients expects and deserves. Big Fish Photography is a family run business and is in its third successful year. How I got started in photography: Our aim is to offer the same bespoke and personal service to all our clients in all fields. My photographic skills: Big Fish Weddings……. captured in style. We cater for any size occasion, from a small intimate blessing to the whole wedding day experience. Just choose from 3 fantastic packages and we will do the rest. Your images will be a storey of your special day from the arrival of your guests, to the kiss, the confetti, the cake and if you make it, the dance floor antics. Some formal group images can be taken on requested but most images will be composed in an informal, reportage style, meaning you and your guest can really enjoy the celebrations. My personality: We approach all our commissions with a fresh eye, technical expertises and bags of energy and enthusiasm. We love experiencing new challenges and relish capturing something that little bit special. Geographic areas I cover: We are based in Woodbridge, Suffolk but cover the whole of East Anglia, the UK and beyond. I found inspiration from: So why the silly name.... I am a big fan of Tim Burton films, the story telling and particularly the photography. He is a big inspiration for the design and framing of our images. Success in photography: After graduating I won a series of commissions from a film company to produce a series of short films. They travelled the UK with a film programme and were screened on Channel 4's short cuts. Whilst working for Venture Portraits I gained three photographic awards for photographic and creative achievements and I have just received a Gold award from the SWPP.
