Be crowned ‘Business of the Year’ and benefit from thousands of pounds’ worth of prizes

The Societies has teamed up with Aspire Photography Training and Archant Specialst, publishers of Professional Photographer magazine, to find the photography ‘Business of the Year’, with almost £10K worth of prizes up for grabs…

The Societies are pleased to announce the Business of the Year competition in conjunction with Aspire Photography Training and Archant Specialst, publishers of Professional Photographer magazine is now open for entries.

Up for grabs in this amazing competition are a bespoke business programme from Apsire Photography Training with a cash value of £7,800, an open pass for the whole of the Societies Convention in January, plus £100 for travel expenses and a four night overnight stay total value £1500, along with an extra special prize from Daymen that was being confirmed as we went to press. Professional Photographer will also provide a four-page editorial feature on the winning business, showcasing the victors work and why they have won the Award. The feature will appear in the magazine, online, and will form part of a recorded podcast interview. The magazine will also run an update between 3-6 months after the initial feature to catch up with the winning business.

Im really excited about the introduction of this Award and am looking forward to uncovering and rewarding a really good photographic business, says Juliet. What Ill be looking for in a potential winner is a good grasp of all aspects of their business, from the initial marketing through to producing really good photographic work.
