Manufactured from either high quality aluminium alloy BRA48F or 8 layer Carbon Fibre BRC48F with a breaking point of 134 kgs, the New Generation series of monopods have been designed squarely for the photographer who needs a fast set up support, combining quality and strength for situations where it is not possible to use a normal camera tripod . They are the perfect solution for sports, nature and general outdoor photography where weight and compactness are of paramount importance.
The new versions have a height range of 53cm to 161cm with a maximum load of 20kgs and weigh between 0.57 carbon fibre and 0.75kg aluminium. Each monopod features a comfortable padded handgrip lined with NBR Nitrile Butadene Rubber and a handstrap for additional security. Flip lever leg locks provide additional stability and Kenro also stocks 2 monopod heads which are specifically designed for use with these Monopods; these are the BRDJ80M and BRDJ90, both of which are listed on the Kenro website.
Kenro Managing Director, Paul Kench commented The New Generation Series of monopods are the perfect solution for outdoor photographers who regularly need to set up shots quickly and keep the load light. These new larger versions ensure that taller users can be more comfortable and other photographers can gain increased flexibility in their photography.
There are 3 smaller versions in the New Generation monopod range, available in both materials. The new larger sizes have an SRP between £71.88 and £143.88.
