''I grasp new opportunities and challenges. I always want to learn more and to try different things. It all informs my photography, my craft, my visual communication, my vision. It's all about where to explore, who with and what it might look like. It's not about me, it is about photography''

Talk outline Two Colours...Colour - Light - Style

Over Simon's career, he has come to understand the following photography is visual communication, lighting is knowing the laws of physics and the rest is just confidence in what you see. Exploration of personality is the best and most fun way to develop as a photographer.

In these sessions, Simon will discuss the basics of lighting and look at how background and light are used to alter mood and emotion. Building your confidence to try different things and enabling you to stand out from the crowd.

Both sessions will focus on photographing people the first looking at portrait, the second at 3/4 and full length.
