Dilip was one of 2200 entries in the Fujifilm competition, run in partnership with the SWPP at this year's convention.

Peter Wigington , Marketing Manager of Fujifilm’s Photo Imaging Group, had this to say ''We’re delighted that we had so many entries into the competition. The SWPP Convention attracts the very best advanced amateur and professional photographers each year and the Frontier-S DX100 makes such an excellent tool of the trade for so many of them. It’s always a thrill to meet any prize winner and Dilip was no exception. He was as excited as we are about how his new printer can help with his wedding and event photography business.''

Fujifilm increased their presence at this year's show, with a larger stand and wide range of printers and software for photographers to try. The Frontier-S DX100 is the ideal printer for wedding and event photographers. Capable of printing up to 360 prints an hour at a variety of sizes from 5x3.5'' all the way to 8x39'',combined with the VIVIDIA 6-ink system, the Frontier-S DX100 delivers the flexibility, speed and, most importantly, the quality that photographers require to meet the ever increasing demands and expectations of their clients.

On receiving his prize Dilip said, ''I am amazed and delighted to have won the Fujifilm Frontier-S DX100 printer. I never win anything, so this came as a huge surprise!

I have spent a considerable amount of time researching this printer and went to the SWPP show in January to find out more. As I'm looking to expand my professional portfolio later this year, I really wanted to have a printing solution which could offer 'on the job' prints, without compromising on image quality or taking too much of my time to output. I’ve been shooting weddings for some time now and the next obvious step is for me to be able to print selected images on the day. I now have this option and I’m very much looking forward to using it as part of my photography kit.''

Dilip Joshi is the owner of Deejay Photography deejayphotography.com - a wedding, portrait and general photographer based in London. As a professional photographer, Dilip is a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers and also holds a licentiate award from the Royal Photographic Society.
