The latest version of REALVIZ Stitcher is number 5 and the interface has been given a complete rework, aimed at improving the simplicity of working. Most importantly, the interaction with Photoshop has been improved, it now can use alpha channels as masks, and the automatic stitching engine has been massively upgraded.

After almost forty years of high end wedding photography, I am saying things these days that I never would have dreamed of saying just ten years ago. For years I was adamant that the only type of equipment for wedding photography was medium format. Most of my career I shot Hassleblads and latterly with Pentax 645, in both cases, using only primary lenses, never dreaming that someday I would even consider a zoom.

I have designed my own sites (www.kcphotographic.co.uk and www.tomleephoto.co.uk) for many years and have lost track of the numerous programs and time taken to get them just the way I wanted them, not to mention the time taken in managing the sites. There comes a time however, when it’s no longer viable to spend this time tinkering, modifying and uploading, particularly when the digital workflow from stuff that actually earns you money eats into much of the working week.
