Warner Bros. Consumer Products, DC Entertainment and PENTAX Team Up to launch DC Super Hero-Inspired Cameras

PENTAX has partnered with Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP), on behalf of DC Entertainment, to offer a DC Super Heroes-inspired collection of new personalised cameras.

The DC Super Heroes are the icons which PENTAX has chosen for its new personalised compact, the Optio RS1500, featuring DC Super Hero characters.

The new ‘Green Lantern’ film from Warner Bros. Pictures will be coming to cinemas this year. For this epic action-adventure release, PENTAX, in partnership with WBCP will be launching a very unique “DC Super Heroes RS1500” collector pack.

Each owner of a DC Super Heroes pack will be able to personalise their camera with one of their favourite Super Heroes, such as Green Lantern, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash and Superman, or super villains, such as Catwoman and The Joker.

The limited edition RS1500 camera will come in a specially designed package, including seven different skins depicting the well known characters, a 4 GB SD card, and a special Green Lantern protective camera case.

The core features of the RS1500 are :
· 14 Megapixel CCD sensor
· 4x optical zoom wide-angle zoom
· HD video recording (30 fps)
· 3’’ LCD Screen
· Customisable front skin, easily changed, thanks to a clip-on lens ring and transparent plate

The DC Super Heroes RS1500 pack will be available from May 1st, 2011, from all good photographic retailers at the RRP of £119.99
