Focus On Imaging
The 2008 Focus exhibition proved to be very successful for Barrett & Coe the
UK’s leading Wedding and Portrait Photography Members Group.
It was only a few minutes after the opening when the first visitor of the day
attended the stand to find out more about the exciting additions to their
training and marketing/business building services. It was not unexpected that
people had travelled the length and breadth of the UK to find out more from
founders Andrew Coe and Brian Barrett.
Training
During the past 7 years Barrett & Coe have trained more than 200 people to earn
a living from weddings/portrait photography. None of who had any previous
photographic experience.
For example following the portrait course successful graduates can expect to
take £1000 per week giving a gross profit of £800 per week. Many students on
completing their Barrett & Coe course have completed 20 or more weddings in
their first season.
You would be ‘coached’ to be in the top 10% of photographers in your area. Your
images will look like you have been doing this for 10 years.
Barrett & Coe are quite specific in setting achievable objectives with you
making money from it as soon as is possible.
Pregnancy and Baby Photography
Barrett & Coe have the exclusive contract to supply leads from Emma’ Diary, a
publication and website fast becoming the UK’s most popular in its field.
The continued success in using the Emma’s Diary data to get sittings and sales
is now working for almost 120 photographers. There are still areas available so
call now to secure yours.
Licence To Thrill!
New to Focus was the introduction of the Barrett & Coe Licence Agreement, an
opportunity for photographers to join their already successful Members Group to
provide access to the complete range of training, marketing and business
services. These proven ways to build a more profitable business can be
incorporated into an existing photography business without any loss of
independence or local identity.
Each member receives between 50 and 100 quality wedding leads per year.
The all important website presence is achieved in a big way with consistent ‘Top
Ten’ rankings on Google and other key search engines. Local brand/identity is
achieved with an innovative approach to marketing personal websites.
Other major wedding platforms such as Confetti, the UK’s largest wedding website
and Yell.com site are again a superb benefit to members specifically in relation
to results, profiles and costs.
Andrew Coe told us, “The Licence Agreement means that ambitious and committed
photographers can join us and take advantage of the things we have developed
previously. Its ‘win-win’ for everyone as they get our marketing expertise,
discounts, nationally generated wedding and portrait leads for their area and a
whole host of other services. For us we are much closer to having complete
coverage of the UK so that we can undertake things such as TV and magazine
advertising and build relationships with Blue Chip companies. All now well
within our grasp.”

It was tired but enthusiatic party from Barrett & Coe that arrived back after an
exhausting 10 days at the recent WPPI Convention and Trade Show in Las Vegas.
With so much to digest and with some new ideas and innovations to introduce this
is going to be an even busier next few weeks for the Barrett & Coe Members
Group.
The SWPP 2008 Convention was an outstanding success,
we have 130 days to get ready for the 2009 convention - which starts on January 14, 2009
