ePHOTOzine.tv - tutorials, news, reviews, interviews, shopping

04/03/08

Launching on the 4th of March, ephotozine.tv will offer all the best video content from the world of photography to you, for free, at the click of a mouse.

“We are really excited about our new venture into video broadcasting - it's a natural progression from our market-leading online photography magazine ePHOTOzine,” said Pete Bargh, MD Magezine Publishing.

“We realised that video was the next step in the evolution of on-line photography magazines a couple of years ago and registered the domain name ephotozine.tv. We are now pleased to showcase this new site and share our vision.”

The station’s channels will supply you with the quality and entertaining content ephotozine.com already offers in a new revolutionary format.

The site has five channels that clearly guide you through everything from tutorials and reviews to interviews with professionals and you can even go shopping! Each channel will contain videos that are either produced by the ePHOTOzine team or are carefully selected from the best photographic-related content available on the Internet.

Channel 1 airs the first showing of a new format programme, ePHOTOzine.tv Show 1, presented by Emma Quintin of CBeebies fame, which features news, a guide to using a reflector in a budget light set up; a photography location guide to Rufford Abbey Country Park, an interview with ePHOTOzine Editor Peter Bargh about his Editor's Choice Awards; and a closer look at the Lowepro Vertex 100AW with ePHOTOzine's equipment reviewer, Matt Grayson.

You can search key tag words to allow easy access to the content you want without having to scroll through endless video streams. The forums also offer a place where you can discuss problems, chat to fellow ephotozine.tv users or suggest ideas you would like to see on the site.

“We see photographic video content as the next level of promotion for our clients, offering an interactive showcase for their products and services,” said Tracey Johnson, Advertising Director.

“With a conservative estimate of 100,000 monthly uniques by month six, ephotozine.tv will further reinforce our market-leading position and strengthen our growing portfolio. We eagerly anticipate the exciting times ahead!”

To get involved all you need to do is register for free with the site. Once you have completed the quick registration you can then upload content, select your favourite videos for easy viewing and create a profile to tell other users about yourself.

If you like what you see please help us spread the word by telling all your photographic friends and linking to us on other sites you frequent. Your support is vital and much appreciated.
