New range of filters from Marumi

10/03/11

Kenro has announced a new range of DHG and Super DHG UV digital high grade filters from Marumi and additional smaller sizes of 37mm, 40.5mm, 43mm and 46mm to the already popular existing range of Lens Protection and Circular Polarising filters also in DHG and Super DHG.

These new UV additions to the Marumi range are designed to block ultraviolet rays (with a wavelength of 390nm or less) to produce clear images with sharper contrast. The Super DHG has the added advantage of water and oil repellence. The UV coating is eco-friendly as it contains no lead or other hazardous substances, available in sizes 49mm – 77mm.

“The Super DHG UV filters can really improve a photographer’s results,” says Kenro Managing Director, Paul Kench. “The sensors of digital cameras are influenced by many things and ultraviolet rays reflected from fine dust or water vapour can cause objects in the distance to appear blurred. These filters have been designed to correct that and provide results much closer to what the human eye is actually seeing.”

If you would like further information on Kenro, or want to find your nearest stockist, go to www.kenro.co.uk or call 01793 615836.
