Entertainment is available: Music licence until Midnight. pre booked entertainment by customer.
Wedding services provided: We do all the catering and can cater for individual requirements, give advice on planning a menu as well as costing per head. We have a Wine list and hold Wine tasting evenings once a year. Waiting service, crockery and cutlery are included. Tables, chairs, linen and napkins are all hired in by us at a hire charge to the customer. We have a music licence and a pay Bar. We help organise the events and timings throughout the day, working closely with all parties.
Gardens or outside locations suitable for wedding photography: Yes, with a stunning backdrop of Corfe Castle and The Arne Peninsular around to The Isle of Wight.
Suitable locations inside the venue for wedding photography: The 16th Century, listed Barn has original features. Also we are situated in a Courtyard setting.

Venue special features: The view and the Barn.
Venue History: Tastefully converted Purbeck stone farmstead courtyards. Was once a working stable yard complete with a Forge, Farriers and a Granary, still complete with pulley wheel. We use the listed, converted character Barn to hold our Ceremonies and Wedding Receptions. It dates back to the 16th cent.
Other information: All our accommodation on site has been tastefully converted and finished to a high standard whilst retaining much of the original character and charm. All rooms are en suite, have T.V's and tea and coffee making facilities. We are a friendly team and provide a relaxed atmosphere.
