We can also change the pose by asking the model to resit such that his lower half is pointing away from the shooting line and, by twisting at the waist, his upper body and face can be brought back to camera with the offending creases and bulges hidden by the leg closest to the viewpoint as in Figure 7.
We might argue that wearing a jacket would solve all these issues but, this garment presents its own set of problems. Figure 8 shows how the jacket has rucked up at the shoulder line due to the way Andrew is sitting. The chest area also bulges out and away from his body giving an ill-fitting look and producing numerous distracting elements and a post-production nightmare.
