Built 350 years ago, the tower was an old warehouse and a hostel that housed many people. This tradition continues today: Stockalper's tower is a place to meet and relax. The hotel has a total of 6 floors, each about 150 square metres. The tower offers a very special experience.

Wedding Trivia: SOMETHING "OLD", "NEW", "BORROWED", AND "BLUE" The tradition of carrying one or more items that are "old", "new", "borrowed" and "blue" also comes from English. There is an old English rhyme describing the practice which also mentions a sixpence in the brides shoe. Something old, signifying continuity, could be a piece of lace, jewelry, or a grandmother's handkerchief.
