The Clubhouse at Bath Rugby not only overlooks the famous Recreation Ground that has been graced by many of the games' most celebrated players, but also provides a superb function venue on the very heart of a world heritage city.

Function room names and capacities: The illustrious Suite; Able to accomodate 120 Theatre style, 100 Banquet style and 80 Cabaret style. Includes a Bar and Balcony. For evening functions such as paties and similar occasions a maximum of 150 guests is recommended.
The Clubhouse bar; able to accomodate 100 Theatre style, 120 Banquet style and 60 Cabaret style. For Parties and similar occasions a maximum of 180 guests is recommended. Includes a bar and dancefloor.
The Insider Suite; able to accomodate 60 Theatre style, 70 Banquet style and 40 Cabaret style. Includes a bar. For evening functions such as paties and similar occasions a maximum of 120 guests is recommended.
Local accommodation: There are many lovely Bed and Breakfasts in Bath, and fantastic hotels, although we do like to recommend the Hilton due to its close proximity.

Wedding services provided: We are able to host the wedding breakfast and evenings event. We have rich experience in planning events, particularly weddings and a dedicated events planner will ensure that your day is special, and catered to your individual needs.
Gardens or outside locations suitable for wedding photography: The pitch usually makes an interesting location for photos, and the ground is less than 50 meters away from the beautiful weir.
Local picturesque areas suitable for wedding photography: The weir, the parade gardens and the Bath Abbey.
Venue special features: 'The rec' is allegedly the most atmospheric rugby ground in the Aviva premiership, and is situtated in a stunning location within the heart of Bath.
Venue History: Bath Rugby was established in 1865, and is now a premiership rugby team. At the ground we host the first team matches, the academy (development team) as well as a host of other sporting festivals and events.
We host many weddings and similar special occasions throughout the year.
