Our stunning wedding venue in Kent is set in 20 acres of beautiful parkland complete with lake, waterfalls and ancient trees. A Grade I listed building, which was originally built in Tudor times, feels as though it was purpose built to stage events such as elegant weddings. There is an old English rhyme describing the practice which also mentions a sixpence in the brides shoe. Something old, signifying continuity, could be a piece of lace, jewelry, or a grandmother's handkerchief.
