I have been in photography: 20 years as a keen amateur and two years as a full-time photographer
How I got started in photography: I bought my first camera in the 80's to take photographs of the kids as they where growing up. I been hooked on photography ever since.
My photographic skills: I love the technical side of photography and in particular controlling light. I have experience and skills in digital photography, which enables me to be creative in my photographic work.
My personality: Approachable, relaxed and friendly.

Success in photography: I am a self taught photographer with no formal qualifications in photography. I have not entered any formal photographic competition.

Why I like the SWPP: That it's a group of like minded people coming together under the umbrella of a professional organisation to share their photographic experiences and to learn from others.
