I have been in photography: Since I was about 8!! But seriously, full time for just over a year now.
How I got started in photography: For twenty years I worked full time as a banker (please don't hate me), and pursued my photography passion on the side, but doing something you love isn't work, right? So I took the decision to start JB Moments Photography and haven't looked back since! I still pinch myself when I realise that snuggling new borns, acting silly with kids and floofing wedding dresses is my actual job!
My photographic skills: Shooting in natural light and directing poses
My personality: Outgoing and a little bit silly.
Geographic areas I cover: Central Scotland
Venues I frequently attend: I haven't come across a bad one yet...but I particularly like a church setting for the challenges it presents you.
I found inspiration from: Successful female photographers such as Jasmine Star and Julia Kelleher.
Success in photography: I haven't entered any yet...but I have been published in Tie the Knot Scotland.
Photographic training: Self taught.
My interests outside photography: Ballet (watching not doing)
