Rosaleen Bonnar is a Scottish photographer with over 30 years of experience, specialising in wedding photography since 2015.
Based near Glasgow, Rosaleen blends fine art, editorial, and documentary styles. Her work produces authentic, timeless images that focus on storytelling and natural emotion. Renowned for a true-to-colour approach, she balances unobtrusive coverage with gentle direction, resulting in photographs that are both elegant and genuine.
In addition to weddings, Rosaleen has worked in events, commercial, and charity photography. Her images of Sir Billy Connolly for Parkinsons UK have been published worldwide. She has also covered major fundraising and sporting events, including a charity cycling challenge from Chessington World of Adventures to the Eiffel Tower for the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity.
Rosaleen studied photography from 1994 to 1998 and is committed to ongoing learning. Her work stands out for its technical excellence, creative vision and ability to capture meaningful connections.
