I'm Dan, an award-winning wedding photographer who has been photographing weddings across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and Sussex since 2010.
It all started with my kids. I was constantly taking photographs of them, then my wife, and before long I had a camera in my hands more often than I didn't. We were living in a flat, dreaming of buying a house, and I began wondering if photography could become something more.
Wedding photography wasn't part of the original plan. Honestly, I thought it was all about awkward group photographs and cheesy poses. Then a friend asked me to photograph their wedding, and everything changed.
Watching two people promise their lives to one another, surrounded by everyone they love, is incredibly powerful. Being trusted to capture those fleeting momentsthe nervous glances, the tears during the vows, the laughter and the pure joy on the dance floorquickly became something I was passionate about.
What started as a side hustle to help us buy a house eventually grew into a career, with hundreds of weddings photographed and a job I genuinely love.
Fifteen years later, I'm still the person who gets emotional during the father-daughter dances.
Your wedding isn't a photoshoot with a ceremony attached. It's a story unfolding in real time, and my job is to document that story as naturally as possible without interrupting the moments that make your day so special.

I'll arrive early, stay until the celebrations are over and work discreetly throughout the day. You may barely notice me there, but when you receive your finished gallery, you'll see that I've captured everythingfrom the big moments everyone expects to the tiny, fleeting interactions that only you and your loved ones will remember.
My aim is to give you more than a collection of beautiful wedding photographs.
