Hi, I'm Emma, the friendly face behind Bridlington Photography. Photography is a real passion of mine, and I love using my talent and professionalism to capture the precious moments that make life so special.
I specialise in newborn, baby, children and family photography, creating classic and timeless images that you will treasure for many years to come. My goal is to capture not only how your family looked at a particular moment in time, but also the feelings and connections that make those memories so precious.

My own journey into photography began when my son was born. I wanted beautiful photographs of him, but quickly realised how much I wished I could have been in those photographs too, rather than always being behind the camera. I picked up my camera and began photographing him, initially as an amateur, before investing time in developing my skills and knowledge.
After achieving diplomas in photography and photo editing, I began photographing friends and family. Word quickly spread, allowing me to build my experience and portfolio before developing my passion into a professional photography business.
Today, I love creating beautiful memories for other families, particularly newborns and children, from my own studio space. I am fully insured and committed to providing a professional and enjoyable experience.
Newborn babies have such a beautiful gentleness about them, with tiny details and early glimpses of the character they will develop. I take great care to capture these precious moments in an expert yet delicate way, creating photographs that will allow you to look back and reconnect with those wonderful early memories for years to come.
As babies grow, their personalities begin to shine through, and I love capturing these stages through sitting sessions and milestone portraits. When your child reaches their first birthday, a cake smash is the perfect way to celebrate, with plenty of fun, laughter and mess!
I also believe that pregnancy is an incredibly important part of the journey into parenthood and love capturing beautiful maternity portraits that celebrate your changing body and the anticipation of welcoming your little one.
