About
I am a passionate photographer and the Secretary of Dudley Camera Club. As a member of Smethwick Photographic Society, I am dedicated to refining my craft and exploring the art of photography. I bought my first DSLR, a Canon EOS 1100D (Rebel T3), around 2013an excellent entry-level camera that helped me develop my skills and earn my BPAGB accreditation in 2023. I have since upgraded to a Canon R7 mirrorless camera.
When I first started, I used automatic modes like Aperture Priority and Shutter Priority to understand the fundamentals of exposure. However, after completing Location Photography and Studio Photography courses at college, I now shoot in Manual mode, giving me full creative control over my images.
