Light Touch Photography is a semi-professional photography business based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, offering relaxed, informal and friendly photography with a focus on creating natural images full of personality.
With a blend of creative vision and practical skills, I enjoy helping clients feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. My approach is fun, approachable and centred around building a genuine connection, allowing natural moments and authentic expressions to shine through.
Photography has been part of my life since my early teens, beginning with my first camera an old Box Brownie from my father. Those early experiences developing black and white film at home sparked a lifelong passion for creating images.
Light Touch Photography began as TN4Productions in 2010, later expanding into portrait and people photography. Working alongside my business partner Rick Leslie, our combined strengths allow us to bring together technical expertise and creative storytelling to produce beautiful, meaningful photographs.
I pride myself on having a relaxed, friendly and cheerful personality, helping clients feel at ease from the moment we meet. Whether photographing a wedding, portrait session or special event, I aim to make the experience enjoyable as well as creating photographs that will be treasured.
Based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, I regularly work throughout the surrounding areas including Tonbridge, Crowborough, Paddock Wood and Sevenoaks.
Inspiration comes from everywhere from photography, nature and landscapes to crafts, artwork and everyday life. I am constantly learning through reading, seminars, photography shows, critiques and exploring new creative techniques.
My photography journey began with nature and landscape work, including winning the Trees in Kent photography competition, and I continue to develop my skills with the goal of achieving professional qualifications with The Societies of Photographers.
