Type business: Full Time Professional Photographer My photographic style: I am a full time freelance photographic retoucher and restorer, offering services such as skin smoothing and refining, removing unwanted articles from images (often quite complex ones) etc. How I got started in photography: I graduated as a graphic designer from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee, and worked in the areas of education and television for a number of years. This experience subsequently led me to lecturing in graphics at further and higher education levels. I had been using Photoshop since the early nineties and continued to learn, use and teach it as my career developed. As a result I discovered that my skills were useful for photo-editing and I became more and more interested in this. I invested in a course in Advanced Photoshop for Photographers which turned out to be immensely rewarding, and started my business, Adam Imagecraft. I continue to improve and update my retouching skills by regularly taking part in courses, webinars and tutorials.
