I started to work as a photographer at 16, and at 17 started taking wedding photographs. At college I completed an advanced GNVQ in Art and Design specialising in photography. I then went to the University of Brighton graduating in 2004 with a BA Honours in Editorial Photography. Lumen was set up in 2007 so that I could work in my own style and give the customer focus that I believe is so important with the working relationship between photographer and client.

I am a romantic at heart and that's why I love taking wedding photographs. I have as much passion as the day I started over and have a great enthusiasm for producing not just a record of the day, but beautiful images too. I love to capture the little interactions between people and also the vibrancy of the occasion and place.
