Image and Print Photography is based on the North Antrim Coast in Northern Ireland. Photographer Gary Jackson is well known locally and can be booked for a day or half day. You can purchase pictures from his portfolio or book to have your own taken. Anything from a classic studio picture to an all action sports photograph or stylish wedding. Full Time Professional Photographer My photographic style: Flexible photography based on the preferred style of the customer. My greatest strengths: Ability to satisfy or exceed my customers expectations I have been in photography: About twenty years My photographic skills: Seeing an image with my own eyes as the camera will produce it. A natural latent skill that is difficult to teach and sometimes impossible to learn. The 'art' of photography. My personality: Fairly laid back but driven by goals and targets. Often mistaken for patience I don't stop until the picture in my head is captured with my camera. Geographic areas I cove: Predominantly the north coast of Northern Ireland but willing to travel world wide. Venues I frequently attend: Rural and natural as I live in the countryside not far from the coast. I found inspiration from: Inspired and constantly intrigued by the diversity of the coast and countryside of Northern Ireland together with the ever changing light that transforms the same location several times a day. Success in photography: Finalist "Landscape Photographer of the Year 2007" Gold Award "Events 2009" SWPP Photographic training: entirely self taught and unimpeded by the style or concepts of others My interests outside photography: retired motorcycle racer and national judo coach.
