More recently they have been joined by their son Steven who looks after the video side of the business. Using only the latest digital equipment they are often the envy of other photographers in being able to capture both still and moving images for the same client. Wedding photography can be the most difficult of all the photographic disciplines, but with good planning and good humour, Mike Mainstone Photography have earned a reputation for delivering a unique and beautiful record of each couples special day. The couples commitment to the institute of marriage is born out by the fact that they have been together for over 30 years and have two grown-up sons. They are also young grandparents (early fifties) which provides them with a useful insight into what makes an appealing family portrait.
