In the past six years Andrew has established himself as one of the most creatively minded and talented professional photographers in Northern Ireland. Specialising in wedding and portrait photography, Andrew's unique style can be immediately recognised by its outstanding image quality and breath-taking composition. Andrew's success is owed to his professional abilities, his keen eye for detail and the high standard of customer care that he offers his clients. He treats every photo shoot differently and he aims to capture the individuality for you to remember that special day or capture a lasting memory. Type business: Full Time Professional My photographic style: Andrew Vaughan Photography provides clients with contemporary digital imagery which will make your memories last a lifetime. Our style is bright and vibrant with a keen eye for detail to ensure that we produce images of the highest quality. My greatest strengths: Our strengths are that we are reliable and professional, specialising in high and low key photography, wedding, portrait and commercial photography. We always strive to continually update and improve our techniques to provide clients with the highest quality images that they have come to expect from Andrew Vaughan Photography. Each of our services are tailor built around the requirements of our clients. Our other main strength is our high proficiency with Adobe Photoshop. I have been in photography: I have been offering a professional photography service since 2007. However I have had a keen interest in photography for the last ten years. Since then I have invested heavily in equipment and recently opened a purpose built photography studio. How I got started in photography: Andrew Vaughan Photography started after being asked to photograph a wedding when the photographer that the couple had booked let them down a few days before the wedding. It was a very steep learning curve but as I'm always up for a challenge it was one that I thoroughly enjoyed. Since this wedding I have completed more formal qualifications in photography and am continually attending courses to ensure that I am at the top of my game in a very competitive market! My photographic skills: Technically proficient, professional and able to work and remain calm under pressure. My personality: I am patient, methodical, reliable, good working with children and keen to develop new skill. Geographic areas I cover: All of Northern Ireland, the border counties of the Republic of Ireland and Dublin. Venues I frequently attend: I enjoy photography at a wide range of venues throughout Northern Ireland. I found inspiration from: The works of Ansel Adams and Henri Cartier-Bresson inspire me and remind me where photography has come from. More contemporary inspiration comes from Helen Bartlett and her relaxed, black and white children’s photographs. My interests outside photography: Graphic design, kayaking, hill walking, playing football and badminton. Major events: In November 2009 my wife and I celebrated the birth of our first baby daughter and she has already had a number of photographic sessions down at the studio.
