Specialist Photographer for :-

I am a Franco-Colombian street photographer focused on the unique bond between humans and dogs.  I look for the unexpected moments in that relationship when no-one is looking to capture that mutual trust and dependence.  I also like to capture the humorous canine moments and am inspired by Martin Parr, William Wegman and Elliot Erwitt.  I work mainly in black and white - I love the texture of the monochromes of Daido Moriyama.  I publish my photos on @pawsingdogphotography and had my first solo exhibition "Mi Otro Yo Canino" (www.miotroyocanino.com) in my hometown of Bogota, Colombia in November 2022 where I presented two series "Companeros de Vida" and "Canis Familiaris".   The first focused on the human-dog bond and in the second I try to find the wolf in each dog through the canine anatomy. These photos were printed on Moab Juniper Rag Baryta. My third work of exploration is "Mi Otro Yo" where I work in color on Kodak metallic paper.  I have taken classes with English street photographer Matt Stuart, Spanish photographer and natgeo fellow Alvaro Laiz and Colombian dog photographer Carlos Andres Cruz. I work mainly with a Canon Rebel T7i. I was formerly a newspaper and radio journalist in Paris
