My photographic style: Informal and relaxed, with dashes of fine art creativity thrown in to spice things u.

My greatest strengths: My clients tell me I have the patience of a Saint - essential for child and pet photography!

I have been in photography: As a professional for about 3 years and as an amateur about 25 years!

How I got started in photography: I picked up a second hand SLR as a teenager, back when it was all fully manual and learnt about light and exposure and all that. Many years later with encouragement from my friends and family I took the plunge into professional work and haven't looked back!

My photographic skills: A wizard with off camera lighting, high speed photography and Photoshop creativity.

My personality: relaxed, easygoing and friendly

Geographic areas I cover: Mainly Yorkshire, though happy to travel anywhere and I've done weddings in Northumbria and Lancashire as well as many castles and country houses around Yorkshire.

Venues I frequently attend: anything goes!

My interests outside photography: Tom also enjoys cycling and walking in the great Yorkshire countryside

Future plans: Extend my creativity with off camera lighting even further
