All About Weddings - part 2 of 1 2

It was a great learning experience in how to interact with a new client, choose from their wardrobe to suit a vision, use props, backgrounds, lens selection, use reflectors and flash, and make magic happen in front of the camera in a variety of locations.

As you can see, the session included everything from fun and romantic, to edgy and artsy. Janet and another Mike were our bridal couple. I had photographed Janet when she was a baby in her mom's arms, back in my photo-school days. How things come full circle as now I was the one doing the teaching and Janet was a 'model' yet again for a learning experience.

This quick session demonstrated shooting in fullnoon- hour sun with a very tight time line and how to make the most out of full sunlight, backlighting, looking for details, and how to create and look for fun photo-worthy moments.
