Capturing the invisible - part 2 of 1 2 3 4 5

You would think that gifted with a material so rich that it would be handled with grace and care, with love and respect; and yet.

But simply put, the care of light is our daily bread, it's what separates us from who that don't admire this enigmatic force; our art is in recognising its beauty and harnessing its power to create imagery that will open the eyes of the unobservant so that they too can take pleasure in a shared vision.

It is all about illumination.

So we should be aware of how light sculpts structure.

How it can reveal, conversely how it can hide.

We should be able to create imagery that is imbued with the pleasure that we take in observation and if we lack the skills to do this to our potential then we should be eagerly searching for ways to learn these talents so that we have.
