For George the next step will be to submit a panel for a Fellowship with the SWPP, which he hopes to have ready for the 2014 Convention. He's also determined to achieve his career target, which is to shoot advertising campaigns for the brands that relate to his style. "I really feel that my style fits advertising," he says. "It's just a matter of getting the advertising agencies and marketeers to see it that way as well!"For those who appreciate his quirky approach and the skills he's demonstrating in terms of creating his striking imagery, the good news is that George will be presenting a masterclass at the next Convention where he will share some of his secrets, and show in more detail how his intricate pictures come together."My masterclass will focus on I achieve the perfection within my photographs," he says. "It's all about composites, but most importantly single space composites as this is the key to a lot of my images. For those that don't know, a composite image is an image comprising of different images put together into one finished image. A single space composite is the same, but in this case all the images involved are from the same scene, or a 'single space.' I'm going to talk through how to visualise, plan, shoot, and edit image for both full composites and for single space composites."

It's the first time George has ever taken to the platform at the Convention, and he can't wait. "I've been either going or volunteering at the Convention for the last three years and it is always an amazing event," he says. "The variety and wealth of information from the classes, and meeting up with fellow society members that you talk to on the forums, really makes for a great time. I always look forward to Richie Walton's classes, and I'll be trying to get along to see John Denton, David Simms, and Damian McGillicuddy. Now that I'm going to be one of the speakers myself I'm really looking forward to sharing some of what I've learned, and hopefully I'll be inspiring someone else out there to take things up a notch!"
