Round - 5 The Radio Masts

There are two on top of the building in the centre of the image. The sky off the D2x is much less saturated (and possibly more accurate, if less desirable) which changes the contrast between the flagpole and the surroundings. Despite this the Nikon delivers just a tad more detail and wins the round by a single punch.

Round - 6 The Windows

It is at the extreme edges of the frame that the single most significant difference is visible. The glancing sunlight has produced a blooming down the edge of the window frame, as the pixels have become over excited by photons. In addition there is some evidence of chromatic aberration, with one side of the glow being green, the other magenta. The image detail in the marble cladding is also stronger from the 5x4 which wins this round convincingly.
