Catherine Jolley is a wedding and portrait photographer with a flair for creative fashion images. 'I always shot anything and everything, but I was consistently most interested in people before I started my business.'
Finding her style has been crucial to building her unique business and Catherine took some time to tell me about her experiences as a photographer.
'I believe in offering good value for money while still being able to maintain a living doing the things that I enjoy doing.' Catherine is also quick to stress what makes her stand out from the crowd to clients as well: 'In terms of the direction of my business I'm always trying to just keep moving forward. I just try to keep improving what I'm doing and to keep striving to be different. It's important to me to always offer excellent quality.'
'Social photography is getting tougher all the time,' says Catherine, a sentiment shared by many photographers today. 'It's more important now than ever to go back to your roots and be true to yourself.'
