This consists of Gloss 271, Oyster 271, Ultra Pearl 295, Matt Plus 240, Matt Proofing 160 along with the doublesided variants Matt Plus and Oyster.
The papers are characterised by smooth finishes to give them high retention of detail, needed for reproducing photographs. They are all cool papers with Lab b values of more than -8 units. All of them contain OBAs and they are universally very bright. The Gloss and Oyster variantsdeliver high Dmax values along with slightly higher CII values.
The Matt Proofing and Matt Plus exhibit a high Dmax for their types and were the lowest for CII of the entire PermaJet range. This makes them an attractive proposition for the monochrome enthusiast looking for a brightcontrasty print with plenty of punch.
The colour audit statistics show typical behaviour for cool gloss papers, that is higher accuracy in the (darker) landscape tones, but slightlypoorer skin tone accuracy. Unusually the skin tones are very accurate for the Matt Plus and Matt Proofing which is a considerableb bonus, along with their higher overall accuracy.
