Textured Fine Art
Consisting of just four papers this group is small on numbers but big on personality! These are the most characteristic surface of the entire range and show quite different surface character to each other. They are:
Artist 210gsm
Museum 310gsm
Parchment 285gsm
Papyrus 300gsm

They are all quite close to neutral (colourmetrically) but Parchment and Museum are slightly brightened with OBAs and have very small negative Lab b values.

The surface textures are lightest for Museum, followed by Papyrus, then Artist and finally the highly characteristic Parchment with its long wave length undulations. Artist has some regularity to its marking, like a chain-laid finish.

In terms of performance the papers are consistently good, all had excellent average colour errors and superb skin tone accuracy. The Dmax values were consistent with the type of finish and the CII values were low. The user is thus in the fortunate position of being able to choose the finish that they like, confident that none of the siblings has some magic property that has evaded their notice!
